What it covers

Sourcing, vetting and coordinating creators and talent, then managing the whole collaboration through to delivery.

Creator collaborations fail on logistics far more often than on casting: unclear deliverables, no deadline, no approval loop, no contract. We handle the whole middle — finding people whose audience actually overlaps with yours, agreeing scope and rates, then keeping the campaign on schedule.

Having run a content agency and a community page in Rawalpindi and Islamabad for years, we know the local creator pool first-hand rather than off a media kit.

How it runs

From brief to delivery

  1. Brief & fit

We define the audience you're buying and the deliverables per creator before anyone is approached.

  2. Shortlist

Candidates vetted for real audience overlap and past brand work, presented with rates.

  3. Contract & coordinate

Scope, usage rights and deadlines in writing, then day-to-day coordination through the campaign.

  4. Deliver & report

Content collected, approved and filed, with a wrap report on what worked.

Budget

What moves the price

Every quote is built from these, and naming them is how you compare two quotes properly.

  • Creator fees are separate from our coordination fee, and we show you both
  • Number of creators and deliverables per creator
  • Whether content is filmed by the creator or shot by our crew with them
  • Usage rights: organic-only is cheapest, paid-ad usage and long licences cost more
  • Exclusivity windows, where the category demands them
  • Whether we're also editing and adapting the content afterwards

FAQ

Talent & Creator Management — questions we get

Rates vary enormously — by follower count, but much more by niche, engagement and whether you want paid-ad usage rights. There is no public rate card, which is exactly why brands overpay. We negotiate against what a creator has actually delivered for comparable campaigns, and we show you the creator fee separately from our fee so nothing is hidden inside one number.

Both sides. We represent and manage creative talent, and we hire and coordinate creators on behalf of brands — the brief tells us which role we're in. Where there's any conflict on a campaign, we say so up front.

Audience overlap with your customer, engagement that matches the follower count, and past brand work — not the media kit alone. A creator with 30,000 engaged local followers usually outperforms one with 300,000 scattered ones.

Yes. Where the content needs production quality, our own crew shoots it with the talent instead of leaving it to a phone camera.

Whatever the contract says — and we make sure it says something. Usage rights and duration are agreed before the shoot, not after.

Deliverables and deadlines are in the contract, and payment is staged against them. It is the single most common failure in creator campaigns and the easiest to prevent on paper.
