What it covers

Planning, filming, posting and replying — a monthly cadence that builds a consistent presence rather than a one-off burst.

Most brands don't have a content problem, they have a consistency problem: a good month, then six quiet weeks. Monthly management fixes the cadence — a calendar agreed in advance, a shoot day that feeds several weeks of posts, and someone actually answering the comments and DMs.

We run this for hospitality, retail, real estate and personal brands across the twin cities, and remotely for clients elsewhere. Reporting at the end of each month says what moved and what we're changing next month.

  • Content calendars & planning
  • Filming & design for reels and posts
  • Daily posting & community replies
  • Monthly performance reports
  • Caption and hashtag strategy
  • Profile and highlight housekeeping

Who books this

Who books social media marketing & management

  • Restaurants & cafés

The category that lives or dies on social: dish reels, service moments, offers, and replies to every booking DM.

  • Retail & showrooms

New-arrival posts, catalogue reels and the weekly rhythm that keeps a shop in the feed between sales.

  • Real estate agencies

Listing reels, project updates and the consistency that makes an agent look established.

  • Personal & founder brands

A posting habit someone can actually sustain, built around one shoot day a month.

How it runs

From brief to delivery

  1. Audit & plan

We look at what's working on your profiles and the competition, then set the monthly cadence and themes.

  2. Batch shoot

One or two shoot days a month produce the reels, photos and B-roll the calendar needs.

  3. Publish & engage

Posting on schedule, plus replies to comments and DMs so the account doesn't go quiet between posts.

  4. Report & adjust

Month-end numbers, then the calendar for next month built on what they showed.

Budget

What moves the price

Every quote is built from these, and naming them is how you compare two quotes properly.

  • Posts and reels per month — the single biggest driver
  • Whether we film new content or work from what you already have
  • Number of platforms, and whether each gets tailored content or the same cut
  • Design load: plain posts versus designed carousels and graphics
  • Community management volume — replying to comments and DMs takes real hours
  • Whether paid campaigns run alongside the organic work (quoted separately)

FAQ

Social Media Marketing & Management — questions we get

Published rate cards from Islamabad agencies currently sit roughly between Rs 20,000 and Rs 150,000 a month, and the spread is almost entirely about how much original filming and design is included. A plan built on repurposing what you already have sits at the bottom; a plan with a monthly shoot day, designed carousels and daily community management sits at the top. We quote against a named number of posts, reels and shoot days so you can see exactly which end you are buying.

For posting and replies, yes — we ask for collaborator or manager access rather than your password, and you keep ownership throughout.

It's set in the monthly plan and depends on the platform and package. We'd rather commit to a cadence you can sustain than promise daily posts and fade after a month.

Organic content and community management are covered here. Paid campaigns are a separate service — see digital advertising and analytics — and the two work well together, because in-house creative means an ad that isn't working can be replaced the same week.

An audit of your profiles and two or three competitors, then the content calendar for month one, approved by you before anything goes live. The first shoot day usually lands in week one or two.

Yes. Retainers run month to month. Social media does need a few months to show compounding results, and we'll say so, but nobody is locked into a year to find that out.
