No — parts of Islamabad and Rawalpindi are restricted airspace, and some societies and venues have their own rules on top of that. We check the specific site and arrange the permissions that apply before the shoot is scheduled. If a location can't be flown, we say so at quoting stage instead of on the day.

Yes. Flights are operated by licensed pilots, which matters both for the permissions process and for insurance on commercial sites. It is worth asking any drone service this before booking — plenty of operators in the twin cities don't hold one.
